What’s a Pro-D Event?

Working with Engineering Student Services we will be hosting several Professional Development Events this year. Topics and dates are currently being decided, check back here for more info! If you have any questions, you can contact the Professional Development Director or VP Academic.

Transitioning into University

ESB 1012 | September 15th | 6:00PM-7:30PM

Learn valuable tools to get yourself ready for your academic career, and to succeed throughout your time here.

This 1.5 hour session will cover strategies to balance school with living in a healthy manner, and an overview of some of the various professional development opportunities available within engineering.

Technical Writing

CEME 1202 | October 20th | 6:30-8:00pm

Brush up on writing for a wide range of scenarios. Presenters will be coming from industry and have the most up-to-date info about communicating beyond graduation.

EUS Presents: Toastmasters

Kaiser 2020/2030 | November 3rd | 6:30-8:00pm
