The Eatery Director reports to the VP Finance, under the Finance portfolio of the EUS.
Be responsible for the coordination of the ESC Eatery.
Set the Menu for the Eatery in consultation with the EUS Executive.
Designate hours of operation for the ESC Eatery.
Be responsible for adequately training the ESC Eatery Representatives.
Track Eatery financials on a weekly basis.
The Eatery Director will receive supervision from VP Finance.
