Join us for the Clubroom Crawl, a fun and interactive event where you can explore different engineering department spaces across campus. From 2–7 PM, visit each clubroom to meet upper-year students, learn what each discipline is really about, and get honest insights to help you decide your path.

After visiting all the clubrooms, you have chances to win BIG prizes. So get to clubroom hunting and explore new paths!

What Clubroom Crawl is For

The Clubroom Crawl is designed to help first-year engineering students explore their options and gain a clearer understanding of each discipline before choosing a specialization. By visiting different clubrooms, you’ll get a feel for each department’s community, talk directly with upper-year students about their experiences, and learn what the coursework, projects, and career paths are really like in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What you can expect to gain from this:

Connections with Upper Years in a specialization
A deeper understanding of each department
A look into each department’s culture
FUN! (Scavenger clubroom hunt style with big prizes)

How to Win Prizes

You will be given a BINGO sheet with each department clubroom and several trivia questions. After visiting a clubroom, you will receive a signature on their sheet from the department to verify that you have visited. The BINGO card will have trivia questions that you can ask each department about to fill on the bingo card.

At the very end, you will show this card to a Mentorship Director and they will verify that you have completed each clubroom to attain a prize.
