Curriculum & Advocacy
Roles involved with dealing with curriculum changes & student advocacy

The Curriculum & Advocacy Director works closely with the VP Academic & Department Club Academic Reps to advocate for Engineering students. They assist the VP Academic with the annual Engineering Undergraduate Experience Survey. They also sit on the Student Advisory Committee alongside EUS Council & representatives from the Faculty of Applied Science.
Tutoring
Roles involved with running tutoring sessions for students

The Tutoring Director organizes tutoring & exam prep events for Engineering students. This includes managing Tutoring Reps, preparing tutoring material, and scheduling the sessions.

The Tutoring Rep assists & tutors students during EUS Tutoring events as instructed by the Tutoring Director.
Mentorship
Roles involved with informing first-year students about program specializations and hosting professional development events.

The Mentorship Director works to help first year students learn about upper year departments on offer at UBC. This includes the organizing the Clubroom Crawl as well as supporting events run by Department Clubs.
Iron Ceremonies
Roles involved with the Iron Ring & Iron Pin ceremonies for UBC Engineers

The Iron Manager organizes the Iron Ring ceremony for first year students as well as coordinating with Department Club Grad Reps on anything to do with the Iron Ring ceremony.
