Sponsorship

Roles involved acquiring sponsorships for the EUS and EUS events

  • The Sponsorship Director coordinates and acquires various sponsorships for the Society, while upholding good relationships with all current and potential sponsors.

Career Fair

Roles involved with the UBC Engineering Undergraduate Career Fair

  • The Career Fair Director is responsible for the coordination of the annual UBC Engineering Career Fair.

  • The Career Fair Logistics Manager works to create tracking documentation and sort out logistics for the annual EUS Career Fair

  • The CF Company Relations Manager works to contact companies via email or cold calling for the annual EUS Career Fair.

Engineering Competition

Roles involved with the UBC EUS Engineering Competition

  • The Engineering Competition Director is responsible for the coordination and implementation of UBC Engineering Competition, and all categories under the event.

  • The EC Senior Design Manager helps coordinate the programming for the Senior Design competition.

  • The EC Senior Design Manager helps coordinate the programming for the Junior Design competition.

  • The EC Senior Design Manager helps coordinate the programming for the Consulting competition.

Design Teams

Roles involved with communicating with UBC Design Teams

  • The Design Team Relations Manager maintains relationships between the Society and APSC Design Teams, functioning as a liaison between the associations. They also help administer the EDT Referendum, a capital purchases fund for Design Teams.

Alumni Relations

Roles involved with maintaining relations with UBC Engineering alumni

  • The Alumni Relations Manager maintains strong relationships between UBC Engineersing Alumni and current students through the coordination of an annual alumni event.
