Week E^0
Roles involved with Week E^0, the orientation week run by the EUS

The Week E^0 Director is responsible for organizing and running Week E^0, the best orientation for first years week at UBC, and the one run by the EUS!

The E-Retreat Manager organizes E-Retreat, the last event of Week E^0 in which first years and EUS volunteers stay at Camp Latona.

The Kits Manager organizes the EUS Kits for first years, which includes ordering items, coordinating with Ex-Officio’s to include anything they want to include, and running a day of packing the kits themselves!
E-Week
Roles involved with E-Week

The E-Week Director plans and runs the best week of the year, E-Week! They sit on E-Week committee to make sure all participating teams agree on how to make E-Week even better!

The E-Ball Manager organizes the Annual Engineer’s Ball, including catering and bookings.
Charity
Roles involved with the charity initiatives run by the EUS

The Charity Director assists the Managers of each charity initiative run by the EUS with running their charity events. They also work with the VP Spirit to organize any other charity events they want to run. Charitable people apply!

The Movember Manager organizes Movember initatives run by the EUS and across campus.

The Carolling Manager organizes and runs the EUS Carolling event, which happens on the last day of classes in Term 1. For this role, you have to be very jolly and incredibly spirited!

Pi Week Manager organizes the Pi Week initiatives of the EUS, including the pi-ing of EUS Volunteers

The Blood Drive Manager organizes blood drives for members of the EUS along with Canadian Blood Services.
Cairn
Roles involved with the upkeep of the Engineering Cairn

The Cairn Director oversees the EUS Cairn in all its majesty. Any time the Cairn gets defaced by vandals, they organize the Keepers of the Cairn to repaint the Cairn.

The Keeper of the Cairn has the most important role in the EUS: repainting the glorious Cairn if it needs it for any reason, including vandalism.
Godiva Band
Roles involved with the EUS Godiva Band

The Godiva Band Director organizes the members of Godiva Band, the EUS’s own concert band. They make sure the band has sufficient materials and are ready to play at spirit events like Carolling and E-Week.

The Godiva Band Representative plays at events with Godiva Band.
pp Council
Roles involved with helping the pp Council operate autonomously

The pp Council Manager helps out the pp Council, the first year engineers’ student council. They help with planning events and making sure all pp Council members have an idea of what they’re doing.
Archives
Roles involved in the upkeep of the EUS Archives

The Archives Manager is responsible for the EUS Archives, the storage of EUS and engineering memorabilia.
Spirit
Roles involved with general spirit at events

The Spirit Representative volunteers at spirit events and helps out as wherever they can.
