ESC Facility

Roles involved the audio & visual management of the Engineering Student Centre (ESC)

The Facilities Director provides upkeep, maintenance and improvement of the ESC interior, exterior, and courtyard. They coordinate ESC Technicians to set up AV equipment for events hosted in the ESC, and ensure continuous operation of devices used by the EUS.

Roles involved with external bookings with other buildings at UBC

The Bookings Director is one of two registered booking representatives for the EUS. They are responsible for coordinating all external bookings of the EUS.

Roles involved with organizing inventory in the Engineering Student Centre (ESC)

The Inventory Manager maintains a running inventory of ESC items, purchases items when restocks are needed, and ensure that the Internal storage room is well-organized and usable.

Roles involved with the upkeep of the ESC Garden

The Garden Manager maintains and upkeeps the ESC garden, organizes the Garden Representatives and delegates tasks to them, and works with the VP Admin to purchase plants for the garden.
Garden Representatives help to maintain and upkeep the ESC garden at the direction of the Garden Manager.
